Project Builders was selected by Noble Investment Group to complete a major renovation of the Holiday Inn Express in Nashville, TN. The project, which began in 2024, involves extensive upgrades across the property, including 287 guest bathrooms, a fitness center, three meeting rooms, all common areas, and the laundry room. The renovation also includes heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work, along with improvements to the parking deck. The project is currently underway and is expected to be completed within the next three weeks, bringing modernized updates to the hotel while ensuring minimal disruption.
