Meet Our Team
Scott C. Walker
President & Founder
Project Builders was founded by Scott Walker in 1996 with the help of his father Larry. In the days prior to Project Builders, Scott and Larry had been working at a family business owned 50% by Larry. Since no ownership was available for Scott at the previous company, he made the decision to start his own company at the age of 32. Bringing many years of experience to the new company, Scott and his father secured key projects and relationships in the formative years of the business. Project Builders continues to work with some of these clients today.
Scott has centered his business on serving national retail companies, as well as local commercial companies and organizations. He continues to build the company on strong repeat relationships. Today, Mr. Walker oversees the day to day operations of all ongoing projects.
Project Builders has completed $1B in projects in the past 26 years. Scott has grown from locally in Atlanta to working all over the country, being licensed in 46 states. Many members of the organization have 15 plus years of tenure with Project Builders. His son, John, has since joined the team after several years with a large national general contractor. With every Project Builders endeavor, treating others with the utmost professionalism is Scott’s heart’s desire. Family and faith is what drives him, and what continues to drive Project Builders.
