Project Builders was selected to be the General Contractor for the Heritage Preparatory School High School Renovation. The original building was a church that was built in 1923. Needless to say this was a delicate undertaking to preserve the original charm and also make it functional for the school. The total project consisted of 35,000 SF of renovated space. Much of this included elaborate millwork and trim.
Most recently, we completed a two-story classroom renovation that included renovating 15 classrooms, a nurse station, office, and updating the HVAC system for the building. The project was approximately 9,925 square feet costing $1.2 million and completed in under 9 weeks.
