Michael’s passion for construction began his sophomore year after working as an assistant superintendent, where he installed footings, oversaw early morning concrete pours, and watched over the site contractor. He quickly realized that he felt at home in the field and loved that there was never a dull moment, always making you think on your feet and look for better and safer ways to build projects. Michael’s responsibilities look different each day, including but not limited to onboarding new personnel, job site visits, pricing work, and reviewing contracts. Beyond his professional life, Michael enjoys activities such as hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
