John, a Florida native originally from Ocala, is an alum of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he earned a business degree. His early fascination with the intricacies of the building process led him to Atlanta after college, initially working as a pool cleaner. It was during his daily commute to this job that his passion for construction was ignited by the sight of a rising high-rise, prompting a career shift.

John finds immense satisfaction in witnessing projects evolve from conception to viable entities. Building strong relationships with developers has been a consistent hallmark of his career, prioritizing trust, knowledge, and confidence in his daily work. Beyond construction, John enjoys fishing, writing, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
