Project Builders completed two ground-up developments for Parker’s Kitchen, beginning with the Savannah location in 2019 and followed by Charleston in 2020.
Both sites included full site work, fuel infrastructure, and interior buildouts for kitchens, hot food bars, and food service stations. The Charleston store — featured in the images shown — was built on a 2-acre lot and marked the brand’s first location in that market. It includes a 5,000 sq. ft., single-story layout.
