Scott has been passionate about construction for as long as he can remember. From the age of 12, he never wavered in his decision to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by pursuing a career in the construction industry. In 1996, with the invaluable assistance of his father, Larry, Scott founded Project Builders. He chose the name “Project Builders” deliberately, aiming to convey the idea of something greater than just himself.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of his work is collaborating with others. Scott takes great delight in the moments when property owners entrust Project Builders with the task of taking a raw piece of land and transforming it into a finished building, one that will serve its owners for years to come. Throughout his career, Scott has accomplished over 3,000 projects, obtained licenses in 46 states, and has been involved in projects totaling over $1 billion.
